I was talking to one of my friends today and we were wondering why God doesn't talk to us easily; like two friends in conversation. Maybe I try to limit God, by wanting that. When He wants to give me His complete sensory experience, not just an audible one.

This indescribable sight,
happened on my walk today.
I almost missed it ...
... but then I heard the tulips say:

The tulips,
ripe with glory …
They speak of heaven and earth …
They tell our story.
The story of all of our needs,
Heart aches, our joys …
How all that matters in between…
will be redeemed.
