Moss and The Stone

I love it when I hear voices and see faces. Ha!

What did the Moss say to the Stone?

"Hey Dude, You're squishing my face!"

I don’t really know
how to say this any other way.
You are growing on me.

They smell me coming

This bush is near the verge of ugly,
It’s scent known far away,
Is the actual smell of “heavenly”.

Moral of the ugly bush:
... It’s even more important how I smell
Than how I look.

15 Pound Cat

4/26/2012

I asked this 15 lb cat if I could take his photo.
He stared at me,
his eyes he intentionally left blank.
Then he meowed in his biggest vibrato.
He came over, and seemed to say,
... ...
"Well, here.
What do you think?
I'll do even better.
I'll pose
against you,
your legs and your toes."

He knew what I really needed
was a hug --- and from him
a purr arose!

Catwalk

  This cat stared at me,
my camera clicked in hand.
He straightened his pose,
stared at me again ...
Intentionally left blank...
... He followed me, up the street;
then posed again...
Funniest cat, I ever did see!

Belly Dancing Tree

There once was,
a one eyed belly dancing tree…
This is what she said to me.
“Don’t worry about it.
I lose everything but my core,
And all my clothes fall off every year.
I just shiver in the wind,
shimmy and shake off all that heavy gear…
I shed some pounds with my tears,
Take a nap, then start planting again,
blowing blossoms and swag into the wind.”

Pigs and Dogs

Some days I wake up
And the dog begins to look like a pig …

I guess I better start this day again …
Get new glasses,
Or buy a looser wig.

Did you know there are specific phone booths in Oregon for blonds?  This is a place where they can go to talk on their cell phones in the rain:
